VISTA Medical Directors
VISTA's team of medical directors helps us achieve our goal of having the most knowledgeable, responsive employees in the industry. They drive our peer review process, evaluating the qualifications of potential recruits, assessing malpractice histories and credentialing issues, and helping us determine which physicians are good matches for locum tenens, extended, international, and permanent positions. They help us develop screening and assessment documents that we use to gain a detailed understanding of a physician's skills and appropriate scope of practice. They also research industry issues and provide in-service training for the entire organization. A VISTA medical director is always available to support our physicians in the field, our clients, and our employees.
