Kelley Hekowczyk
Senior Consultant
Kelley Hekowczyk brings extensive experience in physician recruitment and human resource optimization to the VISTA team. For five years she served as Director of the Western Region Physician Services department for Banner Health, the nation's largest not-for-profit multi-state, non-religious healthcare system. She coordinated services for 11 hospitals across six states. Prior to that, she worked in Banner Health's human resources department, providing services for 550 employees. She has additional experience as an employment coordinator for a mid-size acute-care hospital.
In addition to her professional degrees, Kelley has aggressively pursued focused education on human resource law and Stark regulations. She has been nominated for membership in the American College of Medical Practice Executives, is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association, and served as a national committee member for the Association of Staff Physician Recruiters.
