Patrice Streicher
Associate Director
Patrice served as the vice president and senior consultant at Fox Hill Associates until the firm was acquired by VISTA Physician Search and Consulting on October 1, 2009. Patrice has been actively engaged in marketing, search strategy development for director level positions and various physician specialties, client consultations, and overall operations throughout her career. Patrice now holds the position of associate director at VISTA.
Patrice has 24 years combined healthcare experience in physician recruitment and patient care delivery systems. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Public Relations from Carroll University, graduating with Magna Cum Laude distinction. She was the sole recipient of the Thesis of the Year Award for her study, "A Competitive Edge: Effective Compliance Gaining Strategies in Physician Recruitment."
In 2005, Patrice presented her thesis at the Association of Staff Physician Recruiters (ASPR) and Tennessee Hospital Association annual conferences. Over the years, she has presented to a variety of audiences nationally on topics such as "Fee-For Service and In-House Recruiters: Can They Work Together?", "Physician Recruitment Strategies", "Ethics in Recruitment" and "Recruitment Trends".
Patrice currently serves as President Elect of the National Association of Physician Recruiters. In 2007, she and the NAPR communications committee wrote and published, "The Physician Practice Search Guide", a resource for physicians seeking new positions, which has become a highly sought resource by physicians nationwide. In May 2008, the National Association of Physician Recruiters awarded Patrice "Outstanding Chair of the Year".
