Michael Dahlke
Consultant
After serving three years in the United States Navy at the NATO base in Keflavik, Iceland, Mike began his career in the staffing industry. In 1999, Mike worked as an on-site staffing consultant at the Rockwell Automation/Allen Bradley Corporation where he was responsible for the recruitment and hiring of engineering professionals for multiple divisions.
In 2002, Mike took on a new challenge as the primary senior consultant in the new contingency division at Fox Hill Associates called Physician Select. While at Physician Select, Mike's clients have benefitted from his experience in resolving political situations, his knowledge of cost efficient recruitment tactics, and his ability to make long-term physician placements.
Mike joins VISTA Physician Select, the new VISTA Physician Search and Consulting contingency division, with more than 17 years experience in retained and contingency physician recruitment. Mike works with clients nationwide under traditional contingency fee agreements.
