Mary Kowalewski, MBA
Consultant
Mary Kowalewski served as a senior account manager at The Cambridge Group until the firm was acquired by On Assignment in April, 2010. She now holds the position of consultant at VISTA Physician Select, the new VISTA Physician Search and Consulting contingency division.
Mary has a B.S. degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Management and Marketing. She also has a MBA degree in Management from Sacred Heart University, The John F. Welch College of Business. Mary has 13 years of experience as a nationwide physician recruitment specialist and specialized in retained searches for many of her clients. This process of "partnering" with her clients, to become an "extension of their business," has resulted in a high success rate identifying the right candidate for the right opportunity. Prior to recruiting, Mary spent 15 years of her career as an account executive in the corporate relocation industry. Her expertise encompasses managing, consulting, teaching and training, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring for major client projects nationwide.
