Position Description:

Selected candidate will develop and utilize innovative prospecting strategies to identify candidates for VISTA's Physician Search and Consulting Division.  Will conduct professional telephone interviews to proactively identify and pre-qualify candidates for openings in all medical specialties, demonstrating a strong commitment to exceptional customer service.  Windows-based computer applications will be used for data entry, e-mail, internet search, report generation and analysis.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated success in building rapport and relationships via telephone
• Proficient communications and listening skills
• Sound judgment and reasoning capabilities
• Solid writing skills and the ability to create professional-quality email
• Strong work ethic and a high level of energy
• Ability to work autonomously and with others
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Willingness to work under pressure to resolve unanticipated problems and the flexibility to perform unscheduled assignments in a timely manner
• Prior staffing, telemarketing, or web research experience desired
• Healthcare experience a plus
• Bachelors degree in communications, business, or related field preferred
