  Develop a Practice Profile

  Your VISTA staffing consultant will work with you to develop a comprehensive Practice Profile of the position you would like to fill. This includes documenting the clinical skills and requirements of the position, as well as how the physician will fit within your organization.

  Let us search for candidates

  VISTA has on-going recruiting campaigns that generate hundreds of inquiries every month from physicians interested in a change of pace or place. Many of these physicians are specifically interested in long-term placements. In addition, we will craft and implement a dedicated physician sourcing effort to fill your opening.

  Review the candidates

  As we identify appropriate candidates, we’ll present a summary of their credentials along with their CVs. We’re happy to coordinate phone interviews as well.

  Have us put together a great package

  Once you express an interest in a candidate, we’ll put together an all-inclusive package that covers the physician’s compensation, professional liability insurance, travel, housing, transportation, and more. We’ll help the physician get licensed in time to meet your start date as well.
