In our initial consultation:
- We listen and get to know you and your staffing needs
- We start to gather important information so we can find the best physician match for your practice. We want to understand your systems and processes; the physician qualifications needed; their role within your team; and their responsibilities.
Next:
- We start our search process. Our database of physician information allows us to quickly access the potential pool of candidates available and reach them with news of your needs.
- We'll start presenting our candidates' curriculum vitae.
- And, if needed, we adjust our presentation to make the perfect match.
Once a match is made, the contract and confirmation is next:
- We'll come to a mutual agreement on a daily rate typically broken down by an eight-hour workday, any possible overtime, and a fee for call coverage if needed.
- We'll also come to an agreement on your working budget for the physician's travel and accommodations.
From here we'll handle and arrange every detail including:
- Your in-house credentialing requirements
- All hospital privilege requirements
- Travel, local transportation, and housing arrangements
- Prompt invoicing for travel and payroll
Finally, following each assignment, we gather evaluations for future referencing in order to create the best placement experience possible for you.
And that's it. We get a qualified physician traveling, working, and providing great medicine for you and your patients. We handle all of the details for you and the physician. We proactively let you know about future permanent and locum tenens candidates if you would like.
