Quality
We know how important it is for healthcare organisations to control the quality of the healthcare providers serving their patients. We have a comprehensive credentials review process that meets or exceeds the highest level of credentialing in the United States, the standards set by The Joine Commission and the National Committee on Quality Assurance (NCQA). Interpersonal and communication skills are just as important, so we contact a minimum of four professional references for each doctor we work with. Our international placement division has an in-depth understanding of the clinical skills of the doctors we place. We take the utmost care in matching a doctor's skills with the clinical and interpersonal demands of an open position.VISTA Staffing schedules more than 2500 days of doctor coverage per month in the United States. In post-assignment evaluations, over 95 percent of facilities and practices say they were satisfied to extremely satisfied with the experience and would like to have the covering doctor return if/when additional needs arise.
Communication and follow through

Although it's always a collaborative effort, we will help the doctor with registration, visas, and credentialing and privileging. Most of the organizations that contract with our doctors provide some assistance with housing, travel, transportation, and malpractice insurance.
