After serving three years in the United States Navy at the NATO base in Keflavik, Iceland, Mike began his career in the staffing industry. In 1999, Mike worked as an on-site staffing consultant at the Rockwell Automation/Allen Bradley Corporation where he was responsible for the recruitment and hiring of engineering professionals for multiple divisions.

In 2002, Mike took on a new challenge as the primary senior consultant in the new contingency division at Fox Hill Associates called Physician Select. Paul Winston served as a senior account manager at The Cambridge Group until the firm was acquired by On Assignment in April, 2010. He now holds the position of consultant at VISTA Physician Select, the new VISTA Physician Search and Consulting contingency division, specializing in Surgery positions.

Paul is a highly dedicated professional with lifelong dedication to health care and medicine. Prior to physician recruitment, Paul was a senior analyst for a worldwide provider of innovative pharmaceuticals, over-the-counter medicine, and anti-bacterial products. He also placed sales representatives and medical liaisons in speaking engagements at conventions and symposia throughout the United States.

In addition to his recruiting role, Paul represents medically debilitated patients and meets with medical staff and social workers to help coordinate their care.
