Family Practice - Kansas
A great, small-town Family Practice in western Kansas
VISTA Extended Placements has a client seeking a BC/BE Family Practitioner to join a clinic and hospital-based practice located in western Kansas. Benefits of this six- to 12-month position include:
Practice Benefits
- Stability of a full-time job while testing the fit of the practice
- Opportunity for permanent placement or an easy transition on to your next opportunity; you decide
- Competitive compensation starting at $150,000 annually
- Benefits include paid malpractice insurance as well as assistance with licensing, credentialing, and privileges
Facility Benefits
- Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Call in the ER: one week on, one week off
- 20-25 patients per day at the clinic
- Two-three ER visits per day
- Less than one admission per day
- Five other Family Practitioners and one Nurse Practitioner on staff
Community Benefits
- Small town along the banks of the Arkansas River
- Town includes theatre, museum as well as a hike and bike trail
- Location of the County Fair
- Several great local restaurants located in this quiet town
