Experience and quality
We built our international locum tenens division based on almost 20 years of experience in US locum tenens. We're one of the oldest and largest physician staffing firms, recognized for the quality of the physicians we recruit and place (heavily biased toward board certified and board eligible physicians with great references and credentials) and our responsive, committed employees.
Training and support
A team of five medical directors supports our employees and physicians by providing training, peer review and consultation to physicians in the field. They help develop the tools we use to collect and assess information about physician skills and the clinical needs of a practice to ensure an effective match.
