Job Description
VISTA Physician Search and Consulting has a client seeking to add a BC/BE Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine physician to its large, multi-specialty group. Prefer candidates with two years practice experience but willing to consider new graduates. Benefits of this permanent position include:
Practice Benefits
- Physician-owned urgent care department
- Partnership track available
- Competitive compensation ($180,000-$200,000 for new graduates); package also includes opportunity to earn productivity incentives
- Excellent benefit package covering vacation, CME, health, dental, and malpractice coverage
- Generous retirement benefit with group contributing 5% of physician's salary into their 401(k)
- Flexible work schedule that rotates between two physicians; physician will cover the urgent care every other weekend
- Three to four 12-hour shifts each week
- Urgent care is staffed with one doctor and supported by two mid-levels and three to four LVNs

- Strong adult medicine department of 10+ physicians
- High-volume of patients: average of 100/day in the summer and 150/day in the winter and flu season
