VISTA Staffing Solutions, a leading healthcare staffing company, is hiring for the position of Vice President of Operations. This position will run all full-time physician and non-physician recruiting for a designated division. This position will report to the COO of VISTA and will carry out the annual business plan as derived by Senior Management and will assume a strategic role in the overall management of the clinical operations. Responsibilities

Essential functions and responsibilities:

  • Translates strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth, helping to implement organization-wide goals, objectives, and performance management
  • Provides day-to-day leadership and operational management to the respective P & L business lines
  • Directs/Oversees all financial operations of respective business lines
  • Directs/Oversees the management, recruiting and scheduling of respective business lines
  • Provides input and leadership on decision making issues affecting the company including promoting company culture and vision
  • Ensures effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management and retention for operational personnel
  • Works with the COO to ensure company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements
  • Works in conjunction with the COO/EVP to develop, grow and expand business
  • Assists in negotiation of client and provider contracts and the daily coordination and management of operational issues
  • Oversees development of timely, accurate and complete reports on operating condition of the company
  • Analyzes internal operations and identifies areas of process improvement/best practices
  • Collaborates with sales and marketing teams to support growth initiatives
  • Builds and maintains trusted relationships with providers, investor partners and performance partners and Ingenovis leadership
  • Works collaboratively with key team members within the organization and communicates effectively with providers and clients
  • Builds a strong team that thrives in a high growth environment
  • Performs other operational duties as requested by management

Qualifications

Qualifications (Required):

  • BS Degree and/or MBA
  • Ten (10) years’ experience
  • At least seven (7) years of experience in a Leadership and/or management role
  • Evidenced track record of driving improved operational performance and business growth and optimization
  • Prior experience in health care, specifically managing the in the physician/advanced practitioner practice environment or experience directly working with recruiting organizations
