-Join a group of 7 board-certified physicians and 10 Advanced Practitioners
-Team-based care model
-Employed outpatient position
-Flexible schedule with option to work a 3,4 or 5-day workweek
-Blend of onsite industry-based clinic and Family Medicine clinic
-No inpatient responsibilities
-Phone-based call schedule
-Experience as an Advanced Practitioner in Occupational Medicine and/or Primary Care, preferred

-Practice located 30 minutes from Sheboygan (pop. 50,000) and 1.5 hour Milwaukee (city 600,000+ and metro area 1.6M+)
