-Job Setting/ Type of Cases: spine, Obstetric, Orthopedic, regional expertise, general, ENT
-Board Certified / Board Eligible: Board Certified or Board Eligible
-Certifications: ACLS
-Licensure: CO Licensing, Open to new grad
-Credentialing: 60 days
