Details For this Opportunity:
-Schedule: Immediate and Ongoing Coverage Needed.
-Job Setting/ Type of Cases: General, Ortho, Straight-Forward Cases, Endo, Healthy Pediatrics, ENT and OB. No Hearts, heads or Trauma
-Board Certified/ Board Eligible: Anesthesiology
-Licensure: Illinois State Medical License or Willing to License.
-Credentialing: Minimum of 90 Days.
