We are currently looking for an Anesthesiology physician for locum tenens support in Michigan.
VISTA has an opportunity for ongoing coverage as needed with flexible scheduling options including call. This location averages 18 surgical cases per day and 4-6 pain management cases per week. Are you available to start as soon as credentialed and work as needed?
Details For this Opportunity:
– Schedule: Ongoing as needed
-Shift: 8 and 12 hour shifts, 1:4 call, 24 hour shifts
-Setting: Hospital, Trauma Level III, average 18 surgical cases per day, 4-6 pain management cases weekly
-Types of cases: Adult, pediatrics, OB, minor nerve blocks, IV regional anesthesia, OB epidural, plexus anesthesia, ortho and spine, epidural anesthesia, regional anesthesia, ventilation management, insertion of central line and arterial line, evaluation and management of acute volume/BP issues
-No local infiltration, no neurosurgical cases, no open heart, no thoracic, no complex vascular, no complex ortho, no acute or chronic pain management, no PA catheter
-Board Certified Anesthesiology required
-Licensure: Active MI license is required
-Credentialing: 6 weeks
