Leesburg is a city in central Florida between Lake Harris and Lake Griffin, at the head of the Ocklawaha River. Providers will cross-credential between two sites for an on-going long-term need.

-Dates Needed: Starting March 2023, 20- 30 shifts per month 
-Specialty: Emergency Medicine

-Board Certification requirement: Must be Board Certified in EM, FM, IM. ATLS is required if the provider is not EM Board Certified
-Volume: 45,000 per year

-ED Beds: 30 beds
-Patients per hour: 2.2
-Schedule: Mon-Fri 6:30a-3:30p, 10:30a-8p, 4:30p-2a, 9p-6:30a & Sat/Sun 6:30a-6:30p, 1p-1a, 6:30p-6:30a
-Coverage: APC Hours of Coverage: 9a-9p, 4p-2a every day
-Admits: No
-EMR: EPIC
-Scribes: (Y/N) If requested but not guaranteed
-License requirement: active
-COVID Vaccination Requirement: No
-DEA requirement: active 
-Privileging timeline: Leadership has informed me the credentialing process can be quite lengthy at these facilities
