-Dates Needed: ongoing while hiring
-Specialty: Emergency Medicine
-Location (city, state): Pottsville, PA
-Board Certification requirement: BC/BE in EM, IM or FP AAPS accepted
-Experience: Minimal qualifications for non ABEM would be at least 12-24 months in a 15k volume ED or greater. Must also have references from board certified EM who can attest to their capabilities in an ED.
-Volume: 27,400
-Trauma Level/Designation: not a trauma designation – Trauma patients usually transferred to Lehigh Valley or Geisinger
-Hospital Beds: 109
-ED Beds: 21
-Patients per hour: 1.75 pph
-Schedule: days/swings/nights
-Shift length & times: 6a-4p, 10a-11p, 2p-2a, 10p-6a
-Coverage: Single/Double
-Backup specialties: Orthopedics; OBGYN; Pediatrics; Medicine; Surgery; Anesthesia; Urology 
-APP support: APC Shift Times Can Vary – 10a-8p
-Admits: 18% admission rate
-EMR: EPIC
-Respond to Floor Codes?: yes we respond to floor codes / airway only, hospitalist otherwise manages
-Scribes: No
-License requirement: Active PA license required
-Life certification requirement: ACLS, ATLS, PALS – EM boarded providers will not need ATLS
-Privileging timeline: 120-180 days
