We are currently looking for a Family Medicine physician for locum tenens support in Arizona.
VISTA's client needs full-time outpatient coverage Monday-Friday 8am-5pm for 6-12 months. This assignment includes acute care, new patient visits and annual wellness exams for patients primarily ages 65+. Are you available?
Details For this Opportunity:
– Schedule: Full-time, ongoing for 6-12 months
-Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
-Job Setting: Outpatient, 16-18 patients per day
-Types of Cases: New patients, annual wellness exams, chronic follow-ups, acute care
-Board Certified or Board Eligible
-Licensure: Active AZ license is required, will consider IMLC
-Credentialing: 90 days
