Training: Family Medicine
Duration: Ongoing while hiring
Board requirement: Board certified or Board eligible
Schedule: Mon – Fri
Hours: 8am-5pm
Procedures: Pelvic exam/Pap Smears required
Census: 12-16
Type of facility: Clinic
EMR: EPIC Systems , Utilizes Dragon Dictation
License requirement: Must be MN licensed before presentation
