Job Details:

VISTA Physician Search is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine physician interested in joining one of the largest healthcare providers catering to homeless families and victims of domestic violence in New York City.  

Practice Benefits:
*This position is not for everyone, it requires compassion and patience for those who have no place to call home and those moving their families shelter to shelter
*100% outpatient responsibilities
*Work alongside 2 additional physicians and 2 midlevel's that are dedicated to helping those whose worlds are not what they hoped for
*No Call
*EMR
*Teamwork is essential to assure patients get the best that healthcare has to offer. In exchange, you can expect to work in an environment where fellow staff and managers respect your opinion, and allow flexibility for you to maintain a healthy life outside of work;
*Patient volume can be anywhere between 15-25/day
*Typical schedule is Monday-Friday (7 – 8 hours/day)
*Compensation is paid on incentive-based pay structure where a full time physician earns typically between $170-191k
*Full and attractive benefits package offered including:  Medical, dental, and vision (there are a few options to choose from), four weeks of vacation, 12 personal days, 11 paid holidays, 403(b) with match (after one year), flexible spending, employer paid supplemental STD, LTD, life insurance, and AD&D
