VISTA’s is working with our North Carolina client who has Family Practice medicine needs starting in February and ongoing. Book your next locum assignment in a thriving cultural, educational, economic, and medical hub. Just a short drive to the beach also!
Job Details:
-Dates Needed: February 15 – ongoing
-Specialty: Family Practice
-Boards: Board Certified
-Schedule: Monday – Friday
-Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm
– 100% Outpatient clinical responsibilities
-Team Structure: Family Medicine Department of 26 physicians, 36 Family Medicine Residents and 8 APPs
-Requirement: Ability to care for a broad spectrum of patients (infants to geriatrics)
-Shifts:
-Services: Health maintenance, chronic and acute care of all age ranges (newborn, pediatric, adult, geriatric)
-Reason:
-Average number of daily visits: 20-30
-Certifications: Must have ACLS and BCLS
-Patient Population: All ages
-EMR: EPIC
-Credentialing: 30 days
-Types of Procedures/Cases: I&D, joint injections, trigger point injections, and cryotherapy
