VISTA's Permanent Placement Division is representing a healthcare system seeking a BC/BE General Surgeon. System prides itself in being the perfect place to practice quality care medicine in a friendly, collegial atmosphere and being the perfect work/life balance in a welcoming community.

-Join a growing General Surgery team
-System currently employs over 45 providers in specialties of family practice, internal medicine, pediatrics, General Surgery, endocrinology, and ENT
-Flexible schedule
-EMR- Meditech
– Weekly office schedule Monday – Thursday open 8-5, Friday 8-2
-Call schedule weekdays Rotates by number of Surgeons, currently every 3 rd day but is scheduled and allows for input for request . Weekends Friday –Sunday.
-Average office visits: 25-30 highest /Daily inpatients: Low 3-5 /Weekly procedures: 18-25
-Incentive bonus plan based on RVU’s
-Medical/Dental/Vision insurance
-28 days of MTO with additional sick leave accrual, CME stipend of $6250.00 (taxable income), LTD/STD (STD is elective), 401K retirement plan
-Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience
-Sign on bonus and loan repayment both available as part of total compensation package. All terms negotiable.
-Live and work in the Sidney, Ohio.
-A family focused community with great schools and supportive colleagues.
-Four distinct seasons with opportunities for family activities including snow skiing, and lakeside recreation both within 30-40 minutes.
-One and half hour drive to Columbus and Cincinnati, and a one-hour drive to Dayton.
