-Schedule: July ongoing through 2023
-Shift: 8a-5p
-Setting: Outpatient clinic
-Types of cases: General Hematology-Oncology patients
-Board Certified Hematology Oncology, ACLS, BLS
-Licensure: Active WA license and DEA required
-Credentialing: 90 days
