Internal Medicine Hospitalist in North Carolina

Job Details:
We are currently looking for a board-certified Hospitalist physician for locum tenens coverage in a coastal North Carolina community. Beautiful location, the client has 12-hour day/night shifts through the end of the year. We can get you working in 6-8 weeks.
Details For this Opportunity:
-Schedule: Starting late June – December 2023, 12 hr. shifts, days and/or nights.
-Shift Responsibility: Rounding and admits
-Team includes 11 physicians
-Avg # of patients per provider: 15
-Avg # of Admissions/day: 2-3 per provider
-Avg # of admissions/nigh: 4-6
-Responsible for ICU/CC duties
-ACLS is required
-EMR: EPIC
-License Requirement: North Carolina
-Privileges: Typically, 6-8 weeks
