-Medical Director of Skilled Nursing Facilities
-Monday to Friday workweek
– Oversight and leadership of providers at two SNFs; see 12 patients per day (6-hour min in facility each day; may leave facility and be reachable by telephone for the remaining shift hours)
– Ideal 2 years’ experience in SNF but not required; Completed residency training from an accredited Internal or Family Medicine program; Active North Carolina license upon start date
– SNFs located outside of Charlotte, NC
