A financially strong Primary Care practice with eight Las Vegas locations is seeking an advanced practice provider to join their team in a location with a predominantly Spanish speaking patient population. The group has a well-earned reputation for a quality first care in a supportive and team orientated environment. As the organization is not affiliated with a large system, they are responsive to provider needs resulting in very low provider turnover.
Details For this Opportunity:
-The group is seeking an additional primary care NP or PA with Spanish proficiency
-Value Based Care model with quality outcome orientation
– Outpatient only with large and growing backlog of established and new patients
-Supportive infrastructure with reasonable volume expectations
