Provide ongoing full-time care to the elderly in the metro Philadelphia area
Job Details:
We are currently looking for an experienced Geriatric Nurse Practitioner for locum tenens support in the metro Philadelphia area of Pennsylvania.
VISTA's client needs full-time coverage Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm with after hours and weekend call coverage. This assignment requires candidates to have a minimum one year experience working with the frail or elderly. This care model provides preventive, primary, acute and long-term care services for older individuals. Are you available?
Details For this Opportunity:
-Schedule: Full-time, ongoing
-Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-430pm, night and weekend call
-Job Setting: Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) facility
-Board Certified ANCC/AANP, BLS
-CDS certification is required
-5-7 years of NP experience preferably in long-term care and minimum 1 year working with the frail or elderly
-Licensure: Active PA license is required
