Opportunity Highlights
•    We are seeking a highly motivated Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team at Supportive Care Services. 
•    You'll provide specialized palliative care to patients in LTAC and acute care settings, collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team to offer patient-centered care plans and manage complex symptoms.
•   Part-time, Expected hours: 1 location 2-4 hours/day, 5 days/wk
•    Choose your own hours
•    Day shift
•    Monday to Friday
•    No weekends
•    Pay: $75 per hour
•    Malpractice insurance covered
•    Riverside, California!
