Join a non-profit community based hospice facility in southwest Virginia * Full-time, employed position * Monday – Friday, 830a-5p (some flexibility) * Nurse Practitioner Palliative Care position * Competitive financial and benefits packages * Practice at the onsite facility along with some home-based care * Active Virginia license, preferred * Masters prepared graduate from an accredited school of nursing and NP program, required * Two(2) or more years practice experience as a Nurse Practitioner in acute care, home health, geriatric, hospice and palliative care, required * COVID vaccine, required (no exemption option) * City (population 100,00+) in Blue Ridge Mountain of southwest Virginia
