Job Details:
We are currently seeking Palliative Care to join a private practice specializing in meeting the health care needs of adults 65 and older through concierge services, for their patients in their homes, at a facility, or in the hospital throughout Pasadena, California.
Details For this Opportunity:
-Administrative team in the office that supports the providers that are out on the field seeing patients. Our scheduling team will coordinate the provider's route to optimize their drive time and increase patient face to face time.
-Practice also offers post-discharge management, providing attentive care for their patients when transitioning from one care setting to another.
-Offers a hospital at home service, providing acute care services, such as blood draws and intravenous antibiotics, in the comfort of their patients' homes.
in-home medical services and cutting-edge wellness treatments
-We have an EMR system that is available on any device with Wi-Fi capabilities
-Schedule is 8:00am-5:00pm (but can be flexible)
-See anywhere from 10-20 patients/day depending on routes and facilities
-Salary $260k+26k in bonus productivity with full and comprehensive benefits package
