VISTA has an opportunity to provide vacation coverage on specific dates through 2022. Are you available?
Duration: Vacation or holiday coverage
Board requirement: Board certified
Schedule: Specific dates through 2022
Shifts: 8am to 4:30pm with 30 minute lunch – 8 hours per day
Shift Responsibility: Inpatient only
Procedures: Discharge summary/med rec, weekly care plan documentation, pre-admission screening review and documentation per CMS guidelines, clinical staffing/care plan meetings, PAPE/H&P, disability/impairment assessment, prosthetics and orthotics
Trained in caring for qualifying diagnoses to IRF unit
Census: Max 9 patients per day, but varies based on census
EMR: Cerner Powerchart
Trauma designation: Level III
License requirement: Must be IA licensed before presentation
Privileges: 4 weeks
