Physician – Anesthesiology in Iowa

Opportunity Highlights

  • Schedule: Start as soon as credentialed, Monday-Friday 6am-3pm, hours can vary based on needs, possible night and weekend call
  • Job Setting: Hospital based, average 13 surgical cases per day
  • Type of Cases:  General surgical cases adult and pediatric, minor nerve blocks, IV regional anesthesia, plexus anesthesia, open heart anesthesia, thoracic, complex vascular, complex orthopedic, spinal anesthesia, epidural anesthesia, regional anesthesia, neurosurgical, ventilation management, local infiltration, acute pain management procedures, insertion of central and arterial lines, PA catheter, evaluation and management of acute volume / BP issues
  • Credentialing: 60+ days

Minimum Requirements for Consideration

  • Board Certified Anesthesiology
  • Licensure: Active Iowa license is required, will consider IMLC
