Physician – Cardiothoracic Surgery in Ohio

Opportunity Highlights

  • Schedule: Weekend call, Friday 4:30pm through Monday 7am, 1-2 cases per day
  • Job Setting: Several hospitals, Trauma Levels 1 and 2
  • Type of Cases: Adult Cardiac Surgery, General Thoracic Surgery
  • Aortic Surgery Procedures Required:  Descending Aortic Aneurysms
  • Coronary Artery Bypass Surgery Procedures Required: CABG, Arterial Revascularization (Using Internal Mammary Arteries, Radial Artery and Gastroepiploic Artery), Redo Coronary Revascularization (With or Without Heart Valve Surgery), Off-Pump CABG, Pericardial Window, Thoracic aortic aneurysms, Thoracoabdominal aneurysms, Tracheostomy
  • Credentialing: 120 days, emergency privileges are available

Minimum Requirements for Consideration

  • Board Certified Cardiothoracic Surgery, Fellowship is required
  • Certifications: BLS, ACLS
  • Licensure: Active Ohio license is required
