Opportunity Highlights
• Join a not-for-profit, independent health system with 110 providers and 19 specialty services
• Possibility of being a shareholder of the medical group after 2 years
• Loan repayment available
• Work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8 am – 5 pm with an option for 4-day workweek
• 6 weeks off for vacation/holiday
• 28 – 32 patients per day; no call
• Includes medical benefits, life insurance, 401(k) plus 10% match, $2,000 for CME, and malpractice

• Ability to earn above guaranteed salary if provider exceeds production hours worked
• Location is approximately 170 miles northwest of Minneapolis/St. Paul and 25 miles east of the North Dakota border.
