Physician – Family Medicine in South Carolina

Are you a Family Medicine physician, searching for your next perm position? This position with one of VISTA’s healthcare partners in either Barnwell or Fairfax, South Carolina might just be the opportunity for you!
 
Opportunity Highlights

  • Well-established, busy community health system located in rural South Carolina currently seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join their well-respected team!
  • 4 or 4.5 days per week
  • Full benefits
  • Sign on bonus for MD or DO with 2 year contract or relocation assistance
  • CME time and money
  • Must supervise mid-levels once comfortable
  • Preference to see all ages
  • Ability to participate with SUD or Medication Assisted Therapy (not mandatory but available)
  • Ability to see HIV patients if they want and we can provide training
  • Call is by phone only, 1 week about every 18 weeks
  • Aprima is the EMR
  • NHSC loan repayment site/HPSA score of 20  **new 2024 rules full time NHSC means 36 patient hours/4 admin hours
  • X-ray at 4 sites, onsite pharmacies at 3 sites
  • Many other services offered for patients
  • Salary $200-$275 DOE
