Join an experienced team of Physician and Advance Practice Providers supported by a clinic support staff.
Opportunity Highlights
- Nursing home admissions and rounding
- Average patients/day: 10
- Call schedule requirement: 5 days per month including weekends, call handled by phone
- Full-time and part-time positions available
- Opportunity available for Medical Directorship of three areas Nursing Homes for additional stipend related to the Medical Directorship responsibilities
- Not-for-profit organization with public service loan forgiveness eligibility

Minimum Requirements for Consideration
- Board Certified/ Board Eligible
- Fellowship training in Geriatric Medicine NOT required
- Open to Family Medicine or Internal Medicine candidates with a strong interest/experience in Geriatrics.
