- 14 – twelve hour shifts per month – DAYS ONLY
- Seasoned Physician and Advanced Practice Provider support on each shift
- Strong support of sub-specialists to complement the team approach to patient care
- Avera eCARE model for extending access to specialist via technology: eICU, eEmergency, eConsult and ePharmacy
- Generous benefit package, including educational loan assistance
- over 85 providers in 28 different specialties!
- Salary is on a step table, starting at $320,000 for 14, 12 hours shifts a month.
- South Dakota has no state income tax.
