Minimum Requirements for Consideration
- Board Certified/Board Eligible: BC/BE Acceptable. Will accept ABEM, AOBEM, ABFM, ABIM.
- Certifications: NY med lic, NY DEA, Medical Diploma, Residency Certificate, Board Certificate or Board Eligibility Letter (must be certified within 7 years of completing residency), CME's from past 2 years, EM=PALS (must be AHA approved), FM/IM=ACLS, PALS (must be AHA Approved) and ATLS, Malp ins for past 10 years, Case logs, Current PPD from the past 6 months, physical from the past 6 months, NY Infection Control Certificate, Current Flu, Color Photo
- Licensure: NY medical license and NY DEA
