Physician – Neonatology in Tennessee

Are you a Neonatologist, searching for your next perm position? This position with one of VISTA’s healthcare partners in Memphis, Tennessee might just be the opportunity for you!

Opportunity Highlights

  • Opening due to increased patient census 
  • Inpatient with in-house call 
  • Level III NICU
  • Call Arrangement: Equally shared among group. Approximately 5-6 in house calls a month
  • One weekday off per week and if not on call, the weekend is also off. Two weekends per month, either a Saturday or Sunday
  • Advanced Practitioner support
  • EMR: Epic
  • Optional teaching opportunity
  • Average daily census is 45-50 patients with multiple providers rounding each day
  • Generous compensation and benefits package, 401k and match, ample vacation time, health insurance with supplemental vision and dental coverage, partnership track, CME allowance, malpractice insurance, dues, and licensure payment, signing bonus or moving allowance
  • Starting 350K to 400K commensurate upon experience, subsequent annual raises and partnership track
