Hospital’s Women’s & Children’s Clinic is seeking an innovative, dynamic and flexible OB-GYN who enjoys working with a supportive and caring group of healthcare professionals and desires a work life balance with schedule flexibility! Come join our team of 3 fulltime physicians and 1 nurse practitioner and serve a local population of approximately 35,000 residents in beautiful rural Eastern Oregon.
Details For this Opportunity:
-Obstetrics and Gynecology
-Outpatient Rural Health Clinic
-Four 10-hour days per week
-Average of 13-17 patients per day. For providers averaging 15+ patients per day who intend to continue to increase their capacity, a scribe can be provided
– 11 exam rooms, 1 non-stress testing room with up-to-date equipment, 2 ultrasound machines for clinic use
-Behavioral health on-site for consultation and warm handoff
– 1:3 call
-Dedicated Family Birthing Center with certified lactation consultant services
-Epic EMR integrated in clinic and hospital setting
-Very competitive total compensation opportunity (450k+)
-RVU production bonus opportunity based on annual threshold
-Quality incentives up to $110,000 annually, Commencement bonus of $40,000, $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time, Student loan assistance
