Orthopedics & Sports Medicine Clinic is seeking an innovative, dynamic and flexible Orthopedic Surgeon who enjoys working with a supportive and caring group of healthcare professionals and desires a work life balance with schedule flexibility! 

 Details For this Opportunity:
 -Orthopedic Surgery
-Come join our team of 3 full-time physicians and 2 full-time allied health professionals to serve a local population of approximately 35,000 residents in beautiful rural Eastern Oregon
-Independent 501(c)3 not-for profit health system that includes a community hospital and 13 primary and specialty clinics
-Very competitive total compensation opportunity ($810k+) o RVU production bonus opportunity based on annual threshold o Quality incentives up to $177k annually  Commencement bonus of $50,000  $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time  Student loan assistance  Hospital employed  Full benefits including a 401k match  Paid malpractice
-Level IV Trauma Center (1:3 call) 
-Growing and expanding Critical Access Hospital
-Currently building a 96,000 sq. ft addition that includes a new OR suite, housing 5 new ORs, 2 endoscopy suites (which can flex to 2 additional ORs), 15 pre-post-op rooms, and 7 PACUs 
-Four 10-hour days per week 
– Local University with Athletics Program 
-Clinic located immediately adjacent to the main hospital featuring on site x-ray suite with 1:1 medical support staffing. 
-Epic EMR
-Small but vibrant community with a high ranked school-system and a diverse and rich outdoor lifestyle. With a four-season climate, County is home to many outdoor activities and sports year-round.
-Located in Northeast Oregon, is nestled within the mountain ranges.
