Opportunity Highlights
- Schedule: 8a-5p Monday-Friday, may have post admission evaluations on the weekend
- Job Setting: Trauma Level 3, Inpatient Rehab Unit, 10-20 patients per day
- Type of Cases: Pre-Admission Screening Review and Documentation per CMS Guidelines, Prescribing Narcotics, Discharge Summary/Med Rec, Weekly Care Plan Documentation, Post admission evals, face to face visits, IPOCS, PAPE/H & P
Minimum Requirements for Consideration
- Board Certified PMR
- Certifications: BLS
- Licensure: Active Michigan license is required
