  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, day shift, no call, no weekends (requesting one weekend/month, phone on-call weekly)

  • Types of Cases: Anxiety disorders, affective disorders, personality disorders, developmental disorders, psychotic disorders, substance use disorders, trauma-related disorders

  • Facility: SUN Behavioral Health Delaware
  • Total Number of Beds: 99
  • Average Number of Patients Per Day: 18
  • Group Size: 2 Psychiatrists, 3 Advanced Practice Providers (plus per diem pool), Per diem Psychologists
  • EMR: Wellsky
  • Additional Requirements: Must have familiarity with involuntary commitments, pharmacotherapy
  • Compensation: To be discussed at interview

Minimum Requirements

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible (within 0-5 years of residency) in Psychiatry
  • Certifications: BLS, DEA (must be obtained prior to start), CSR/CDS (must be obtained prior to start)
  • Licensure: Delaware license (or willing to obtain)
  • Additional Requirements: Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) required at presentation
