  • Credentialing: 60-90 days Delegated credentialing agreement with many free-standing locations.

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible: Must be BC in Radiology
  • Certifications: Not Specified
  • Licensure: TX, AZ, LA, AR, OK, ID, OH, CO, WI
