Advancement Opportunity for Family Medicine Physician Near Boston

Job Details:

Health Center seeks a board-certified Family Medicine physician to lead clinical operations, strategic planning and quality improvement. Highlights of this full-time administrative and clinical medicine position include:

Primarily leadership (60%) position with clinical Family Medicine practice(40%)
Provide clinical leadership to the group on clinical policies and practice standards.
Develop clinical quality initiatives and work directly with CEO and CFO on productivity plan
Serve clinic by providing Outpatient Family Medicine practice
Offer guidance and mentorship to providers (Physicians and Advanced Practitioners)
Responsible for promoting and fostering an atmosphere of teamwork and excellence among staff
Center has a collaborative relationship with Brown Medical School, UMass Boston and UMass Dartmouth 
Clinical experience in acute care setting, preferably a community health center serving culturally diverse and under-served patient populations preferred
Board-certified in Family Medicine required
Active Massachusetts license or ability to obtain state license
Leadership experience in a similar practice environment
Experience in the development and management of quality, risk and utilization review processes
Evidenced experience in leadership, communication and analytic skill sets
