VISTA's Permanent Placement Division is representing a non-profit, community owned organization seeking a BE/BC Internal Medicine/Family Medicine Hospitalist. Benefits of this permanent position include:

* Open ICU in partnership with two Intensivists to ensure strong co-management model. Routine ventilator management, frequent central line placement and available for emergent intubations

* 15 ambulatory locations and 3 hospital-based provider groups covering only one hospital
* System-wide transition to one IT platform/Cerner
* Local and regional presence throughout the Four Corners (New Mexico, Colorado, Utah and Arizona
* Competitive base salary based on MGMA data and experience - $280,000
 plus sign on
* Productivity bonus incentive with no cap
* Potential for quality incentive
* Transitional Stipend
