1. We enter into a dialogue

Call a VISTA recruiter to discuss your current situation and the jobs we have available. And don’t be shy if you don’t see exactly what you’re looking for on our job listing or in a posting: We have ongoing relationships with the healthcare organizations we serve and may know about jobs that are not yet posted.

2. You participate in a phone interview

When we identify an opening that interests you, we’ll conduct a phone interview to get to know you better and to test the fit of the position. We’ll share details about the opening and research any additional preliminary questions you have.

3. We’ll submit an interview summary to our client

We’ll summarize the interview to give the client a good profile of you and your potential fit for the position. We’ll submit this, along with your CV, to the hiring team.

4. We’ll keep you in the loop

We’ll stay in touch throughout the process, letting you know where the client team is in their deliberations. When it’s time to take the next step, we’ll help coordinate interviews and site visits for you and your spouse, if applicable.

5. You begin to build a relationship

As your discussions with the hiring organization intensify, we’ll be there to help with logistics and answer questions.

6. We’ll help you put it all together

We’ll help facilitate your credentialing and privileging with the client if necessary. Our goal is to make the process easy for both you and the hiring organization. 7. You are ready to go!

Once you and the client have reached a mutually acceptable agreement and signed contracts, you’re ready to start your new adventure.
